Refunds and Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 Hours on select products. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, or if opened, the product must be defective.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, most items are unelligible for return. At this time, Vape Cartridges are the only eligible items for possible return or exchange.

To complete your return, you must visit the shop you purchased the item from within 48 hours of purchase with original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Obvious signs of use
• Damage not our fault
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the amount of the item or provide a duplicate, working product.
